Neural Landscapes, 2024
Neural Landscapes used Artificial Intelligence to create post-apocalyptic images from 110 sampled 19th century landscape paintings (mostly from the Hudson River School, but some others). Both the original paintings and the post-apocalyptic images are then deconstructed and reconstructed via a randomizing algorithm.
